Sunny Wu
President
Sunny is the founder and the president of Shing Kee Godown (CANADA) Holdings Ltd. As a successful entrepreneur, she is also active in community activities.

She is responsible for the strategic direction and overall execution of all aspects of the business. Working closely with the leadership team, she provides oversight and direction for acquisitions, development, finance and all other business.
Jack Chen P.Eng.(F), PQS
Vice President
Jack is a senior member of our development team, overseeing various projects on both the commercial and residential side. He is a Professional Engineer with Fellowship of Engineer Canada, a Professional Quantity Surveyor, and a Project Manager with over 33 years experience in the construction industry, especially in the field of development, construction project management and quantity surveying.

Jack is very active in the Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Depreciation Report and Project Management business in BC, with firsthand knowledge of current construction prices and the latest equipment and building /renovation methods.
Jack is an Appraiser/Payment certifier for BDC in Tofino, Dominion, RBC and Beckwith High-rise Business Centre in Richmond, World Buddhist Temple in Vancouver.

Functioning as the lead on the planning of development projects, Jack works with internal and external teams to conduct due diligence on potential opportunities and devise buildable projects. Jack provides oversight on all construction activities, Jack leads the planning, budget, safety, execution and quality control of all projects from breaking ground to completion and occupancy.
Bob Song
Asset Manager. CPA, CG
Bob Song has over 15 years of working experience involving in real estate development, project financing, construction, and property management at various large companies such as Cressey Development Group, Morrison Group and The M1 Group etc. in Great Vancouver.

He assumed different roles as accounting manager, controller, project manager using his excellent expertise. He helped the companies get many projects done successfully.
